30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments with all original tags still attached.
Free returns over $75
Returns are free for orders over $75. For orders under $75, return shipping is covered by the customer.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are available within the same 30-day window. Contact us and we'll help you swap for the right fit.
Refund timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned items. The funds will appear in your original payment method shortly after, depending on your bank.
How to start a return
Email hello@thedusklabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions and a return label if your order qualifies for free returns.
