Fast, Reliable Shipping
The Dusk Label ships to customers across the United States. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
- Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping options within the USA:
Standard Shipping (5 to 10 business days): 6.99 USD, or FREE on orders over 75 USD
Note: Delivery times depend on the warehouse location of your items. Products marked "Ships from USA" arrive faster than items shipped from our international warehouses.
- Ships from USA Collection
Look for our Ships from USA collection. These products ship from our USA fulfillment centre and typically arrive in 5 to 8 business days.
- Ships from Overseas Products
Some products ship from our international warehouses and may take 10 to 15 business days to arrive. This will be clearly indicated on the product page. We appreciate your patience as we bring you a wider selection at great prices.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided.
- Shipping Confirmation
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
- Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically re-attempt delivery or leave a notification. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. The Dusk Label is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@thedusklabel.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- Lost Packages
If a package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbours and contact the carrier first. If unresolved, contact us within 7 days for assistance.
