Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is included on all orders over $75. Flat rate shipping of $6.99 applies to orders under $75. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Photo-based returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Contact us at hello@thedusklabel.com with your order number and a photo of the item to initiate a return.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted look. Still unsure? Reach out and we'll help you choose.

Every piece is made from thoughtfully sourced materials chosen for their feel, durability, and drape. We select fabrics that offer comfort without compromising on structure, so your pieces look great wear after wear.

Most pieces are machine washable on a gentle cycle with cold water. Hang or lay flat to dry to preserve the fabric's shape and colour. Always check the care label inside the garment for specific instructions.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You can track your order status at any time using the tracking link sent after dispatch. Need to make a change? Contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. If you have a code, enter it in the discount field at checkout to see your savings reflected before payment.
